More cute photos of our resident mouse

The little mouse I wrote about a few weeks ago continues to bring me great joy as he gobbles nuts on the bird feeder mere feet away from our window. I’ve managed to get some even better photos of him using the excellent zoom lens on Lee’s camera, so I thought you might like to see them. The mouse is just so cute that I don’t mind at all that he’s eating food that was put there to attract the blue tits! In fact, the blue tits are coming into the garden a lot more often too now, and between them and the mouse, they’re dropping lots of bits of nuts on the floor for the sparrows, dunnocks, blackbirds and starlings to pick up.

I love how he wraps his little tail around the branch for balance in this one.
